We make it ourselves paper packaging, not resold
Shenzhen Tianyi Shengtang Printing Co., Ltd. makes custom paper packaging for brands across Europe and North America. Printing, die-cutting, converting, assembly and finishing all happen inside our own 10,000 m² facility in Longgang District — which means the company you place the order with is the company that makes it.
THE DIFFERENCE
Not claims on a capability page. These are the parts of the operation we own end to end — and what changes when something goes wrong with your order.
We manufacture rather than resell.
A number of suppliers in this industry act as intermediaries, outsourcing printing to a trade house and inspection to a third party. That arrangement works until something goes wrong with a shipment, at which point there is nobody at your end who can change a decision. We own the presses and the converting lines — the person who signs off the final inspection works in the same building as the press that printed your box.
Colour consistency is specified, not hoped for.
We calibrate presses to G7 targets, take readings during the run, and hold an approved sample against the production batch. The tolerance is a number we agree in advance, not a judgement call made at inspection. Our first European customer rejected a shipment in 2009 for colour drift — the response was to bring colour management in-house.
Compliance is handled before it is asked about.
European buyers face Regulation (EU) 2023/988, the General Product Safety Regulation, mandatory for packaging placed on the EU market since December 2024. We maintain FSC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, and documentation travels with the shipment rather than being assembled afterwards.
Your approved sample is kept against the batch.
Every approved sample is logged against the production batch for future reference. Two years later, when you need to match a colour or confirm a material, the physical sample is still on file — not a photograph in an email thread.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITY
Equipment and line capacity, listed so you can judge whether we are the right scale for your order before you spend time on either of us.
Die-cutting and creasing in-house
Cylinder cutting and creasing rollers feed straight into assembly, so a structure change does not wait on an external converter. Automatic die-cutting lines run carton blanks alongside them for short runs and prototype work.

Reel-fed converting with tension control
Tension control stations keep web-fed material stable through the converting line, which is what allows long print runs to hold register. This is the line behind the corrugated mailers we ship for e-commerce programmes.

When you supply existing dimensions and a shipping method, we assess whether there is room to reduce the outer volume — often the biggest lever on a freight bill, and one that costs nothing to check before tooling.
